Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be delivered?

As soon as possible – It takes approximately 15-30 minutes (or more if we are extra busy) to process an order. Delivery speed is dependant on delivery rider efficiency and the distance from our store to your location.

Pre-order – We strive to have your order delivered within the selected time slot.

Can I track my order?

We will notify you (either manually on WhatsApp or an SMS notification from our delivery partner) when your order is out for delivery with a real time tracking link.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Bike – RM5 for the first 5KM from our store, and subsequently RM1 per KM. All items can be delivered by bike except Gift Boxes (Cake & Croffle / Fourffle Croffle). If you’ve added any Gift Box(es) in your cart, bike delivery option will be removed and only car delivery will be available.

Car – RM8 for the first 5KM from our store, subsequently RM1 per KM up to 15KM. Subsequently RM1.50 per KM.

Delivery charge will be computed once your address is entered correctly in the cart or checkout page.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free first 5KM bike delivery for orders RM38 or above, and up to 30KM for orders RM100 or above. If you are using car delivery (for Gift Box), the same free delivery value will be discounted from the car delivery fee.

Free delivery / discount will be automatically applied during checkout, no coupon code required.

What is the delivery service area?

We deliver up to 35 KM from our store, covering most of Klang Valley, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Cheras, Ampang, Bangsar, Kajang, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Mont Kiara, Damansara etc.

What service do you engage to deliver my order?

We use on-demand delivery services such as Lalamove and Grab Express to fulfil delivery orders.

I used DuitNow QR / Bank Transfer to pay for my order, but I am unable to upload the receipt. What can I do?

Fret not! Just contact us on WhatsApp with your payment proof and we will process your order.

I prefer ordering through WhatsApp instead of using the website. Can I do that?

Yes, we can accept orders through WhatsApp as well.
